I couldn’t have received a better experience, because it doesn’t exist. I was nervous about the whole deal, but Karen set my mind at ease at every point in the process. She knows the market, and what needs to be done to make at least the asking price. In my case time was of the essence because I was moving to a different country. Karen determined what needed to be done and served as the project manager. While the work was being done on the condo, I already moved abroad and we kept in touch by phone continually, often she called me. The place sold in about 10 days.
I am very thankful to Karen for all the work she did, and her ability to reduce the stress for me. I would, and have, recommend(ed) her to anyone looking to buy or sell in Alameda.
